This verse in the Selah Decoded Version

The vision does not unfold through one voice alone: as one messenger goes out, another is already moving toward him.

A messenger who has been speaking with you moves out, and another messenger comes toward him. The repeated going out shows the vision’s word continuing through encounter, as what is being revealed moves toward its next witness.

וַיֵּצֵא

wayyetse

GROWS FROM

יצא

To go out, emerge, or depart.

“went forth / went out” in this verse is wayyetse. The Hebrew repeats the same form of ⁨יצא⁩ (yatsa, “go out”) for both messengers, binding them in one movement. Departure becomes the opening through which their encounter, and the next part of the vision, arrives.

ALSO GROWS

yetsi’ah: Going out; departure.

יְצִיאָה

This noun keeps the verse’s central motion visible: what happens here is a going out that leads into an encounter.

motsa: Outlet; point of exit or origin.

מוֹצָא

This branch names where something comes out, echoing how the two departures open the vision onto its next moment.

הַדֹּבֵר

ha-dover

GROWS FROM

דבר

To speak; word or matter.

“talked” in this verse is ha-dover. The messenger is described as “the one speaking,” from the same ⁨דבר⁩ (d-b-r) family as davar, “word” or “matter.” The verse holds the speaking voice and its message together: the messenger’s movement follows a word already active between you and him.

ALSO GROWS

davar: Word; matter; thing.

דָּבָר

The speaking messenger and the word share a root, linking the conversation with the message that continues through the vision.

dibbur: Speech; utterance.

דִּבּוּר

This branch names the act of speaking itself, which is already underway before the second messenger arrives.

A message moves forward as a messenger is sent to speak and open the way for what comes next.

Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
Malachi 3:1 · KJVA messenger is sent ahead, and his arrival prepares the way for the next one to come.
And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings.
Luke 1:19 · KJVThe messenger identifies his sending as the movement by which a message reaches the person who needs to hear it.
Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Hebrews 1:14 · KJVThe language of being sent forth appears again: service moves outward toward those who receive it.
Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what is this that goeth forth.
Zechariah 5:5 · KJV

The same sequence returns: the messenger who talks with the seer goes forth, and the next words direct the seer to look at what itself “goeth forth.” Both movements draw on ⁨יצא⁩ (yatsa, “go out”), joining the messenger’s departure with what emerges in the vision.
